The Role
Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Sales Representative will be responsible for working directly with pharmacies and long‑term care facilities to drive sales and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
This position is for an existing vacancy. It supports the Western Ontario territory, spanning communities from Windsor and Kingsville in the south, through London and Sarnia, up to Owen Sound, the Bruce Peninsula, and as far northeast as Orillia.
Estimated Compensation Range: $75,000–$90,000 annually (base salary + commission). The estimated range reflects the budgeted compensation for this position. Final offers may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience, location, qualifications, performance, and other job‑related considerations.
The role provides a monthly car allowance. Gas is covered for business‑related travel outside a 100 km radius of your home address.
The Successful Applicant Will- Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers at pharmacies and long‑term care facilities to develop sales in your territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a “best‑in‑class” experience for all clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets, contributing to overall company growth.
- A post‑secondary degree, preferably related to business or a similar field.
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written). Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel within your assigned territory.
- Familiarity with technology and the ability to sell technology solutions.
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus but not required.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to actively listen, engage customers, and build lasting relationships.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and self‑motivation to independently achieve sales goals.
- Team‑oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving company objectives.
- Customer service‑focused with a dedication to providing a high level of service and addressing client needs.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to consistently meet targets and deadlines.
