Merchandising Consultants Associates

Title: Retail Territory Coordinator

Wage: $21.00 per hour
Hours: 24-30 Hours per week
Benefits: Dental and Medical plan after 3 months
Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Territory Coordinator to support day-to-day field execution and ensure operational excellence across assigned territories. This role acts as a key link between the District Manager and Field Representatives, with a strong focus on call completion, problem solving, administrative tasks, and team support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily/weekly call completion and productivity metrics
  • Track, manage, and follow up on pended or incomplete calls to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including screening and conducting interviews
  • Work alongside Field Reps to redirect, coach and train, as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for Field Reps regarding questions, processes, and expectations
  • Help maintain appropriate coverage across assigned territories
  • Escalate field issues and trends to the District Manager as needed

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ Years in retail merchandising or retail support preferred
  • Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or coordinator role preferred
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with field reporting systems, excel, and email communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working remotely while supporting a field team across territories
