Prairie Meats LP is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Regina operations, including two retail stores (Harbour Landing and Cornwall), cross-dock operations, and support distribution throughout Regina and Southern Saskatchewan.
- Leading and scheduling retail staff; training, performance management, and staffing coverage; managing cross-dock operations, delivery drivers, and vehicle coordination; inventory counts, reconciliation, and stock level management; facilities oversight including security and alarm response; acting as onsite liaison for Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Workers Compensation documentation; supporting food service order pickups; and participating in community fundraising and business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will have leadership experience in retail or operations; strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills; experience supervising staff and managing inventory and POS systems. Food or meat industry experience is an asset.
