Description:

Business process solution development and documentation for;
Cyber Security, Technology Operations, Regulatory Compliance Deliverables:

Develop business processes and solutions

Provide quality assurance in relation to the accuracy and integrity of the information provided in the solution.

Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Preparing the business for change by conducting organizational readiness activities.

Develop training, training materials and facilitate training for both technical and non-technical audiences

Document Use Cases based on Business Process and Workflow Models.

Effectively analyze information, problems, situations, practices or procedures.

Elicit and document requirements.

Develop procedure and job-aids

Certifications:

CBAP certified or equivalent
Demonstrated record of continuous improvement

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Mandatory

Experience:

Extensive experience with business analysis of large scale Information Technology projects.
Desired

Experience:

Extensive experience with business analysis of large scale Operational Technology projects.
Gathering requirements Developing solutions Creating test-plans
Tracking issues/problems to resolution Facilitating cross-functional workshops
Developing cybersecurity programs and processes
Developing process and workflows for compliance programs ( HIPA, PCI-DSS, NERC CIP)
Working in SCADA/Industrial Control System environments
