• Design, build, and maintain scalable data tables and models in Snowflake for cross-team analyses
• Create robust dashboards and visualizations in Thought Spot or similar tools to empower business users
• Analyze complex data sets to provide strategic insights and present findings to senior management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in analytics infrastructure
• Mentor and guide other analysts to enhance team quality and efficiency

• 8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst, with a bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience in the technology industry, particularly in a direct-to-consumer business
• Advanced SQL expertise, preferably with Snowflake
• Strong experience with clickstream data and web analytics
• Proven ability to build scalable dashboards using Thought Spot or similar BI tools

• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
• Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP+ audiences
• Demonstrated business acumen and systems-thinking ability
