Description:
Sask Power is looking for an individual with strong Service Now experience and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Design and document Service Now solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirementsDocument key technical decisions, issues, and enhancementsSupport the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)Develop changes on Service Now platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activitiesWork closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirementsReport progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycleAssist in resolving technical issuesMandatory Education/
Certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Mandatory
Experience:
- years of demonstrated experience as a developer and administrator for Service Now instancesExperience with the following products:IT Service Management (ITSM)IT Operations Management (ITOM)Software Asset Management (SAM)Hardware Asset Management (HAM)Performance AnalyticsDesired
Experience:
Ability to integrate with other platforms such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, CopilotExperience with Service HubWork location: Regina, Sask. (Hybrid Onsite/Offsite)
