Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst serves as a vital connection between business stakeholders and technical teams and involves analyzing and evaluating the organization's current and proposed computer systems, processes, and requirements.
Main Duties   Collaborates with internal and external customers to gather, understand, analyze, and assess their needs.
Conducts thorough assessments of existing systems and processes to pinpoint issues, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Designs, documents, and builds new systems that address and fix any issues shown in the current systems.
Develops system specifications, process flows, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts to guide system development.
Candidate Qualifications   A university degree in computer science or related discipline.
Seven to ten years successful experience working for a telecommunications service provider as a Systems analyst, Business Support Systems Analyst/Specialist, Billing & Revenue Management Specialist, Senior software programmer, or similar roles.
A strong hands-on experience in programming, database management, and system architecture.

Experience with the following programming languages and frameworks: PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, .NET/C#, Node.js, and Spring.
