The IT Project Delivery Office (PDO) within the Digital Solutions Branch is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated, innovative, and strategic professional to fill a permanent, full-time position of the Manager, IT Project Delivery.
Reporting to the Director, IT Project Delivery, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Senior Project Managers. In this role you will:
Allocate and optimize resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support project execution.
Manages the IT portfolio of projects, develops, and sustains the ministry-wide project management framework and capability, and ensures the projects adhere to standards, policies, and processes at the Ministry.
Ensures that IT projects across the ministry are executed effectively and efficiently with a consistent approach.
Leads a team of senior staff and consultant Project Managers, improves the delivery of projects by applying project management best practices, providing leadership and coaching to team members and supporting their ongoing development.
