You will be the first point of contact for employee tech support and part of the future of agriculture. Our IT Techs deliver exceptional support for new and existing systems in the company.

• Provide 1st line tech support in person or remotely for business systems, apps, hardware, networks, and services
• Onboard and train new and existing staff
• Install and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Identify and prioritize incidents, problems, and projects
• Work with IT vendors and service providers
• Build and maintain relationships with all departments
• Maintain knowledge of current technology and advancements, and participate in training

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong information‑seeking, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Discretion with confidential information
• Travel and work outside standard hours as needed; valid driver’s licence
• Five or more years of IT experience in tech support of MS Windows Desktop & Server, Active Directory, Office 365, hardware, peripherals, and networks
• Relevant technical certification (A+, N+, MCP, MCSA, CCENT, NA) or a degree/diploma in IT
• Experience with IT Service Mgmt, Cisco VoIP, SharePoint, and Meraki is an asset
