• Establish and maintain superior customer service to policyholders, agents, and marketing centers
• Conduct detailed initial telephone interviews with claimants to gather necessary information
• Create a high-quality customer experience for claimants throughout the claims process
• Manage ongoing claims by requesting medical and financial documentation and consulting with specialists
• Document claim files accurately to ensure a comprehensive record of events

• University degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience
• Fully bilingual (French/English) to communicate with clients from various jurisdictions
• Knowledge and experience in adjudication processes
• Strong customer service orientation with essential negotiating skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective oral and written communication abilities in both English and French

• Continuous improvement mindset and proven ability to handle pressure
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy culture
• Working knowledge of government legislation and legal precedents, specifically the Insurance Act and/or Quebec Civil Code
