Assuring that teams collaborate to deliver high-quality work on time.

Construction processes must be monitored, and training and teambuilding exercises must be provided.

Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

Inspection of equipment, materials, and routine site inspections.

Setting up regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and employees.

Reports, budgets, and project plans must be written and presented to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration with architects and other professionals.

Keeping up with safety codes and construction advancements.

Assisting with the hiring and training of new employees.

Processing paperwork and traveling to various locations as needed.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Bachelor's degree preferred in construction, business, management, or engineering.

Construction industry experience is required.

Experience in a leadership position is preferred.

A current driver's license.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The ability to concentrate and remain calm under pressure.

Capability to manage multiple projects.

Terms of Employment:

Permanent employment

35 to 40 hours per week
