THE ROLE You’ll be part of a busy, professional service department working on Ford, Lincoln, and off-make vehicles. This role is built for technicians who want trust, consistency, and the support to do the job right.### WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs accurately
* Collaborate with advisors and parts to keep workflow efficient
* Document work clearly and professionally
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bay### WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Red Seal
** Journeyman Automotive Technician
** or equivalent experience
* Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
* Ford or domestic experience is an asset
* Valid driver’s license
* Team-oriented mindset with a fix-it-right-the-first-time approach
* Apprentices with solid experience are encouraged to apply
