This seasonal role has an anticipated duration of February 2026 to August 2026.

What You'll Do:

  • Data entry for shipping/receiving activities from our Regina facility to various points in Western Canada.
  • Process orders through SAP (Extended Warehouse Management) system.
  • Assist with various inventory management tasks as assigned.
  • Reconcile and compile inventory reports.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and distribute customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide support to warehouse staff for shipping/receiving tasks.
  • File, process mail, and complete other administrative assignments as directed.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned to meet business needs and objectives.
  • What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent designation.
  • Proficiency in time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and adjust importance as needed.
  • Professional and helpful approach when communicating in both written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A safety-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with agriculture products is helpful.
  • SAP experience preferred.
