• Create detailed cases for customer disputes and route them internally for resolution
• Build relationships with customers to manage escalations and complex accounts
• Distribute customer statements and payment notices while ensuring proper documentation
• Assist with cash application and research customer payment issues

• Minimum of 2 years of collections billing experience, preferably in a software or related recurring revenue business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven customer service background
• Intermediate experience using Salesforce and Net Suite preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Knowledge of collections and accounting principles
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in customer success and billing
