The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from counseling for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as home care and support. At the Regensdorf location, we offer 54 residents a family‑like environment with professional nursing care.

• Independent execution of basic and treatment care for residents within the reference person system.
• Planning and implementation of the nursing process together with the team.
• Collaboration in the multiprofessional team.
• Assumption of daily responsibility.
• Responsibility for recording nursing measures and RAI LTCF assessments.
• Ensuring compliance with internal company instructions (nursing guidelines, directives).
• Support of employees in professional and interpersonal areas.

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or have Swiss SRK recognition.
• You enjoy working in early, late, and night shifts.
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2).
• Networked thinking.
• You possess strong social skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
• High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you.
• Handling modern tools is part of your daily routine (PC, tablet, smartphone).
• Knowledge of RAI LTCF is desirable.
