ResponsibilitiesAs a Retail Store and Operations Manager, you will coach, lead and train your sales team to provide exceptional customer service. You will conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions, motivate staff, achieve sales and profit goals, analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execution improvement plans. You will also handle market and advertise activities, and communicate with and receive instructions from leadership staff.
Qualifications- Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
- Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Achieve sales, profit goals and proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create and execute improvement plans
- Market and advertise activities experience
- Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
