Transdev - [Shuttle Driver / Route Driver] As a Microtransit Operator at Transdev, you'll:
Drive microtransit vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring timely passenger pickups and drop-offs;
Communicate effectively with passengers, providing excellent customer service and assistance as needed;
Monitor vehicle condition, performing basic maintenance checks and reporting issues;
Navigate routes using GPS and adapt to traffic conditions;
Collaborate with dispatchers to optimize route efficiency;
Maintain accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and incidents.
