A local community recreation center in Redwood City is seeking a Swim Team Supervisor to lead and support swim coaches while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for swimmers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of swim coaching practices. They are responsible for supervising swim team activities, coordinating staffing, and ensuring program goals are met.

This seasonal role runs from February to May and requires flexibility in scheduling.
