As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers and architects to design and deliver innovative new features.
• Work alongside a talented team of engineers tackling new opportunities and challenges.
• Proactively engage in Dev Ops by providing Engineering Support to ensure customers are successful in rolling out the solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience developing AI Agent
  :
  Excellent understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and experience in design and development of AI‑driven workflow automation.
• Design & Analytical Skills
  :
  Proven ability to design complex solutions and analyze technical requirements to drive innovation.
• REST Services
  :
  Advanced skills in developing and utilizing RESTful web services for seamless integrations.
• Communication
  :
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Collaboration
  : A strong team player, capable of working closely with global engineering, product management, and support teams to achieve project goals.
• Agile & Dev Ops
  :
  Well‑versed in Agile development methodologies, microservices architecture, and Dev Ops practices for efficient, scalable delivery.
• Self‑Motivated & Passionate
  : A proactive, driven individual with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Experience with Enterprise Applications
  :
  Prior experience working with enterprise applications or workforce management solutions is a plus.
• In‑Office Team
  :
  Willingness to work in the office

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $80,500 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
