• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and system components.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Scrum environment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve backend performance or stability issues.
• Participate in our on-call rotation, available at all times while on-call to help respond to and triage any issues that arise.

• 3+ years
  of professional programming experience with

  modern backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Scala, C#, C++).

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
