Software Engineer
Bowers & Wilkins, based in Redwood City, is currently seeking a Senior Wireless Engineering Manager to help build the most innovative audio and visual systems the world has yet to see. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the processes that help us guarantee delivery quality. You’ll work with engineers and designers to shape a working environment to build a V1 product.
We are a small 60-person startup that recently joined with Eva Automation to accelerate our technology and product ambitions.
Bowers & Wilkins, based in downtown Redwood City, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our wireless team and contribute to building innovative audio and visual systems. The candidate should have extensive experience in personnel management and driving a team to ship high-quality products. Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in software, firmware, and/or hardware development
- 2+ years of experience leading a team comprising developers, QA, and other key support roles
- Proven track record of shipping best-in-class embedded hardware products
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams across an organization
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience building and delivering video/audio streaming and wireless technologies
- Experience with industry-standard hardware manufacturing processes
- Experience managing a globally distributed team
- An interest in Home Automation or A/V - or just love, love, love watching your TV.
