This is a high-impact hire where your work directly shapes the product, the stack, and the future of the company. You’ll be building production-grade voice AI systems, LLM-powered conversation flows, and integrations that bring AI agents to life for thousands of associations and residents.

• Architect, build, and deploy production-grade conversational AI systems across voice, SMS, and web chat.
• Develop and optimize NLP pipelines for intent classification and entity extraction.
• Integrate AI systems with telephony platforms and conversational frameworks.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered conversation flows using advanced prompt engineering.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and analytics to track conversation quality and system performance.
• Collaborate with founders and product leaders to define technical strategy and influence roadmap decisions.

• 5+ years experience in software engineering with production ML or conversational AI systems.
• Expertise in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Rasa, Botpress, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with telephony integration, cloud platforms, and back-end/front-end development.
• Comfortable explaining complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Energetic, communicative, and thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, advanced prompt engineering or large-scale AI systems.
