About the roleWe are seeking a motivated Junior Windows Developer with strong foundational skills in native Windows development using the Win
32 API and modern C#/C++ frameworks. You will contribute to building high-performance desktop applications, tools, and system-level components on Windows. This role will focus on building the next generation of AI native endpoint management & security solutions that interact deeply with the Windows OS.
- Architect and develop next generation endpoint AI framework for our sensors on Windows, enabling secure and intelligent agentic interactions across Windows environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML scientists, OS engineers, and security architects to design and implement robust solutions.
- Define resource utilization limits and optimize solutions to provide AI powered management & security on the endpoint while maintaining our agent’s lightweight footprint.
- Develop and maintain native Windows applications using Win
32 API, COM, and Windows Runtime (WinRT) - Implement native components and plugins in C++ (including MFC where required)
- Integrate C# UI layers with high-performance C++ backends via C++/CX, C++/WinRT, or P/Invoke
- Work with Windows-specific technologies: UWP/WinAppSDK, Windows Services, Task Scheduler, Registry, GDI+/Direct2D, WIC
- Debug and profile native memory, threading, and performance issues
- Write clean, documented, and testable code following team standards
- Collaborate with senior developers on architecture and code review
- Experience with engineering endpoint agents for enterprises.
- Familiarity with AI hardware acceleration using the NPU or GPU.
- Familiarity with code signing and driver development & deployment processes.
- Knowledge of Windows networking stack (NDIS drivers, packet filtering).
- Exposure to cross-platform endpoint agents (Linux/macOS).
- Proven track record integrating AI/ML models into production systems, including agentic architectures, LLMs, and adaptive workflows.
