What You’ll Do- Lead by example: contribute high‑quality code across frontend and backend stacks.
- Shape architecture: design scalable systems, APIs, and data flows that serve as long‑term foundations.
- Mentor engineers: coach senior and mid‑level engineers, raising technical standards across teams.
- Drive cross‑team initiatives: align product, design, and infra stakeholders on technical direction and delivery.
- Establish best practices: code quality, testing, security, observability, and performance.
- Introduce and champion new technologies, including AI/agentic tooling, where they add business value.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong contributions across backend and frontend.
- Expertise in Type Script/Node.js (NestJS), Python/FastAPI and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent).
- Deep experience designing and scaling distributed systems, APIs (REST/Graph
QL), and data models. - Strong knowledge of databases, caching, and messaging systems.
- Proven success leading complex technical projects across multiple teams.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience building or integrating with AI/agentic tools and systems.
- Familiarity with Python for AI/agent‑related workflows.
- Contributions to open‑source or technical communities.
- Background in Dev Ops practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, observability).
