Sales Support Representative – HVAC

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm
Locations: Redwood City, Burlingame, or San Francisco
Pay: $23.39 – $37.39 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for Sales Support Representatives who are customer focused, hands‑on, and ready to grow their careers by helping customers solve problems and learning the business from the ground up.
Responsibilities- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Use effectively the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures.
- Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised.
- Ensure merchandise is restocked and placed in its respective areas.
- Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
- 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- 2–5 years of HVAC product knowledge highly preferred.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
- Basic math skills for cash accounting.

Pay Range: $23.39 – $37.39 per hour
This role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
