Job Description
- Hourly Rate: $24.00
- Requirements: MUST have valid DL for at least 2 yrs / Must be open to assisting the Valet and Parking enforcement team

- Proficient in basic computer skills in the parking revenue control system
- Able to work with or without supervision.
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.
- Directions to desks, buildings, floors
- Report any safety concerns.
- Monitor/assist with parking technology or other lobby technologies
- Answer basic questions regarding way finding/restrooms/visitor policy
- Drive golf cart throughout lots.
- Issue citations
- Greet patience and employees at entrance of the garage.
- Drive a van around the campus (based on request)
- Clean the van’s interior
- Put gas in the van (gas cards will be provided)
- Collect wheelchairs in downtime
- Ability to communicate professional and effectively.
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a safe environment and demonstrate a high level of compassionate customer service.
- Ability to communicate observed changes in behavior/activity to the registered hospital personnel.
- Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
- Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
