Position:Crew Member / Team Member
Pay:Depends on experience
Schedule:Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible availability (must be able to work in both stores)

About the Role

We’re looking for a
responsible, friendly, and energetic Team Member
to join our Vitality Bowls cafés in
Palo Alto and Redwood City
.
The ideal candidate is
reliable, organized, and takes ownership of their shift
. You’ll help prepare food, support catering orders, and keep the store clean and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and wraps following recipes
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with catering orders and deliveries when needed
• Support other team members during busy times
• Restock ingredients and supplies during the shift
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Cover shifts when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Requirements

• Must speak and understand
  English
  (Spanish is a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Ability to work well under pressure during rush hours
• Available on weekends or to cover shifts when needed
• Restaurant or café experience is a plus (training provided)
