Registered Nurse Home Health – Full Time or Part Time

Join ABL Health Care to provide compassionate, personalized care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Home Health team. We seek an experienced, self‑driven RN to deliver high‑quality care throughout the region and support patients and families in their homes.

As an RN you will evaluate patients’ health, create and implement care plans, and track their progress. You’ll collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and Clinical Staff, providing support both remotely and independently in the field.

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice, following the patient’s individualized care plan, in coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and report signs or symptoms indicating a change in patient condition to Physician, Case Manager, and/or Director of Nursing.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy using a company‑provided device.
• Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) when assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in California – required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health or hospice care – required.
• Current California driver’s license.
• Able to travel within a 15–25 mile radius on a regular basis.
