Job DescriptionWe are looking for Assembly Technicians to operate equipment, maintain inventory records, and ensure production meets required specifications. This position is full-time and onsite in Redwood City, California.
Day Shift
:
Wednesday - Sunday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm).
Training Period
:
Monday - Friday (3-4 months).
- Operates equipment used to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods
- Maintains inventory records of raw materials and keeps accurate records/data sheets for materials in process
- Performs in-process tests to ensure production meets required specifications (e.g., hardness, weight, variation, pH, moisture content)
- Recognizes equipment malfunctions or product deficiencies and troubleshoots errors to maintain optimal production levels
- Follows blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics
- Prepares and monitors master schedules by coordinating activities with materials planning, production, and maintenance personnel
- Matches workload, manning, and equipment capacity to existing inventory
- Requisition s materials after determining delivery dates
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant work experience or vocational training
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement around the facility

Pay
: $23.00 per hour
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
