Our F45 family is looking to grow our management team. As Assistant Studio Manager, you will partner with the Studio Manager to lead the team at this studio. You will be responsible for executing lead generation and marketing strategies to increase membership sales and promote health and wellness. The Assistant Studio Manager is a mentor, brand ambassador, and proven leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Studio Manager in executing marketing plans for social media, digital/print marketing, and community events.

Partner in executing daily operational tasks.

Manage operational procedures, including member check-in, inquiries, payments, and customer care.

Maintain consistent sales efforts with goals, contests, and outreach initiatives.

Oversee membership growth, sales process, and client retention.

Drive client referral programs.

Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and branded according to company guidelines.

Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality to clients and staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry.
Personal Training Certification (preferred).
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in GSuite, Mind Body, and media platforms.
