Bayshore Plumbers is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager / Operations Manager to lead our field operations and oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion. This hybrid leadership role requires hands‑on involvement in the field, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage job timelines, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and play a key role in optimizing our operational performance.

• Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors, providing direction and daily support
• Coordinate job scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement
• Monitor job budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to meet operational targets
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company protocols
• Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance field efficiency and workflow
• Serve as a leadership presence both in the office and in the field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the plumbing industry (residential, commercial, or service‑based)
• Proven project management and team leadership experience
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead by example with a hands‑on approach
• Spanish language fluency is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on‑site in Redwood City and throughout the service area

• Competitive salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience
