Senior Email Marketing Manager

The Sage Group’s client, the market leader for Cloud Content Management is searching for a detail-oriented, strategic, and operationally excellent Sr. Manager to lead our client’s marketing email and customer communications programs. Sitting within the Global Campaigns team, this role is essential in orchestrating how they engage contacts through email across lifecycle stages-ensuring timely, relevant, and aligned messaging across global teams.

This is a critical role that supports both brand engagement and revenue driving initiatives by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and managing the intake, planning,and cross functional orchestration of all customer-facing email campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Own the global email and in-app communications calendar, including intake triage, prioritization, and alignment on execution timelines

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Campaigns, Field, and Lifecycle) to drive aligned communication strategy and delivery

• Support development and maintenance of multi-variant nurture programs and one-off customer campaigns that align with broader marketing goals

• Lead project management and delivery of major customer campaigns and flagship event communications

• Maintain and evolve a structured intake and delivery framework for emailand in-app requests,ensuring high quality execution at scale

• Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement, optimizing messaging and delivery timing where appropriate

• Manage our communications Airtable and maintain stakeholder visibility through regular planning and status updates

What You Bring

• 3-5 yearsin marketing, with a strong focus onemail communications, customer lifecycle, or campaign operations

• Experience managing intake and delivery processes across multiple stakeholders and global teams

• Proficiency with Airtable (or similar project management tools), email platforms (e.g., Marketa), and analytics

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to confidently manage up, across, and out

• Experience supporting or owning communications for large scale campaigns or events

• A balance of strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution; thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments

Duration:
Through EOY ’25; opportunity to extend

Pay: $75 - $80/hr DOE

Redwood City, hybrid in office 2 days a week
