Leadwith Purpose and Precision
- Lead, coach, and mentor a global team of five Senior Regional Marketing Managers across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

- Translate global go-to-market strategy into regional execution that fuels predictable, scalable pipeline growth.
- Act as the senior bridge between regional marketing, corporate marketing, and sales leadership to ensure unified direction and execution excellence.
- Own the global integrated campaign strategy, from concept through execution, optimization, and scale.
- Define how field, ABM, demand, and performance marketing programs work together to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and efficiency.
- Partner with Product Marketing to shape campaign narratives around data intelligence, governance, AI-readiness, and AI agents.
- Lead a performance-driven marketing model, optimizing paid, digital, ABM, events, and partner channels to maximize conversion, velocity, and ROI.
- Hold direct accountability for global campaign and channel performance, ensuring disciplined execution with room for regional optimization.
- Translate global GTM and campaign strategy into regionally relevant programs aligned to market maturity and buying behavior.
- Own senior-level alignment with regional Sales leadership, ensuring shared accountability for pipeline creation and acceleration.
- Establish global frameworks for joint planning, territory strategy, and campaign follow-through.
- Partner with ecosystem and cloud providers (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS) to co-market data and AI solutions that extend Alation’s reach and relevance.
- Foster a high-performing, insight-driven marketing culture that thrives on experimentation and accountability.
- Define and own global success metrics across SQL, SAL, pipeline contribution, velocity, CAC efficiency, and ROI.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to drive advanced attribution, funnel analysis, and performance reporting.
- Use performance data to continuously refine channel mix, regional investment strategy, and campaign prioritization.
- Manage the global regional marketing budget, optimizing OPEX and MDF for maximum pipeline return.
- Forecast and report spend efficiency and ROI transparently, acting as a data-driven steward of growth investments.
