- Has personally led AI-driven business transformations with measurable ROI (Revenue, Cost, Sales etc.) (not just strategy or pilots).
- Can build and defend ROI from real operational baselines (volumes, effort, cost—not buzzwords).
- Credible with senior leaders— Can hold a conversation with VP, SVPs, can take a position, can challenge ideas (polite way) and land one-page decisions document.
Own the end-to-end business process architecture across IT, Sales, Marketing, Data, CX, and Digital Workplace, ensuring process consistency, clarity, and governance across 200+ SaaS and AI applications.
Lead-to-Cash & Cross-Domain Process IntegrationDesign, document, and optimize cross-functional processes spanning Salesforce, Slack, Okta, and downstream systems, with a strong focus on Lead-to-Cash, customer lifecycle, and internal service workflows.
Systems & Integration AlignmentAct as the bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure processes are correctly implemented across SaaS platforms, integrations, identity/access layers, and automation tools—reducing fragmentation and manual work.
Data, Reporting & Control FrameworksPartner closely with Data teams to align business processes with enterprise reporting requirements, including custom, home-grown data systems used for internal decision-making and Leadership reporting, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
Process Maturity, Scale & Change LeadershipEstablish process standards, maturity models, and documentation practices; lead change management and stakeholder alignment as the company scales, introducing AI and automation responsibly into core workflows
