Job Title: Release Management Senior Associate

Location: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 10+ Months (Long term ahead)

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to oversee and enhance our IT service delivery processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that IT services align with business needs, maintain high service quality, and drive continuous improvement across IT operations.

• Implement and manage ITIL-based processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Monitor and report on IT service performance metrics and SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain ITSM tools and ensure accurate configuration and data integrity.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks for IT service processes.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on ITIL best practices.

• 3 6 years of experience in IT Service Management or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management).
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with cloud services and modern IT infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Education:
  
  B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications:
  
  ITIL Foundation (mandatory); advanced ITIL certifications preferred.
