This role will be based in our local office. We follow a hybrid schedule, working in the office three days a week and remotely for the rest.

• Design and implement scalable data science‑based solutions, data processing, and machine learning pipelines
• Optimize models and develop new and scalable methodologies to improve data quality
• Collaborate with other Engineering and Product teams to understand product requirements and create optimal/scalable solutions
• Communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non‑technical team members
• Write scalable and clean code

• Education in Computer Science / Engineering or a related technical field with 7+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years of work experience in building production‑level data science‑based solutions
• Extensive Mar‑tech/Ad‑tech knowledge (Ad‑tech SSP preferred)
• Experience in Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Tensor Flow, and/or Py Torch
• Experience with Spark and SQL
• Significant experience with Python and machine learning packages (e.g., sklearn, keras)
• Experience in implementing machine learning pipelines
• Creative problem‑solving and analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• MS/PhD in Computer Science / Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience with latency‑sensitive scalable machine learning models
• Supply Side Platform (SSP) Ad Tech experience
