Home Health Aide (HHA) Home Health - Full Time or Time

Join ABL Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Redwood City, CA. We provide compassionate, personalized home healthcare and hospice services. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to join our dedicated team as a Full-Time or Part-Time (Per Diem) HHA.

As an HHA, you will evaluate patients’ physical health, develop individualized treatment plans, and work to improve their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. You will collaborate closely with our Clinical Director and clinical staff, providing support both remotely and independently in the field.

• Home Health Aide (HHA) license in California.
• At least 1 year of experience in home health or hospice care.
• Current CA driver’s license.
• Able to travel within a 15–25 mile radius regularly.
