Physical Therapist Assistant - Up to $10k Sign On

Our physical therapy center in Redwood City, CA is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional patient‑care experiences for our community. 1:1 mentorship is available for all new grads and hours can be flexible.

Clinic Address: 268 Redwood Shores Parkway, Redwood City, CA 94065.

Hourly Rate: $40.00‑$42.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist, as mandated by the State Practice Act.
  • Implement high‑quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, following the principles and practices of physical therapy and Select Medical policies.
  • Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
  • College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
  • Passed a national examination for PTAs, certified by the CAPTE.
  • Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
  • CPR certification.
