They are seeking a senior member of the clinical team who will provide direct psychiatric nurse practitioner care and medical treatment to members served.

• Provide direct psychiatric nurse practitioner care and medical treatment as a senior member of the clinical team.

Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP - Part-time 16 hours per week, M-F

Compensation - Expected starting wage range: $107 - $131 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials; pay is based on geographic location and experience above minimum requirements.

• Bachelor s Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
• Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or part-time equivalent, in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
• Active DEA and Furnishing licenses

Sage House is a licensed 16-bed mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) serving San Mateo County residents, 18-59, with long histories of mental illness and multiple episodes of acute psychiatric hospitalization.
