A leading medical practice in Redwood City is seeking a full-time Practice Coordinator to support clinic operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on prior authorization experience in specialty clinics and be proficient in Epic, with APeX experience being a plus. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage high-volume authorizations and provider/payer coordination.
This position will be fully onsite, Monday through Friday, covering a contract duration of up to 6 months.
