• Support capital formation as part of deal teams, including financial modeling and analytic tasks, leading and supporting processes around due diligence, and supporting negotiation of transaction documentation.
• Overcome issues and help drive execution for financial close.
• Build and maintain deep relationships across the company and externally.
• Collaborate with Fund Management to support fundings.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams across the company, including M&A, FP&A, project development, procurement, construction, and operations, on a variety of work streams originating in both Capital Markets and functional teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes.

• Maintain uncompromising business ethics.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3-6 years of experience working at a leading sponsor, investor/lender, or advisor in power/infrastructure/real estate. Utility-scale renewable energy experience preferred.
• Transaction experience required; tax equity or project finance debt experience preferred.
• Expert in MS Excel. VBA knowledge a plus.
• Ownership mentality; comfort with communicating ideas and opinions and taking initiative.
• Self-motivated to do high quality work.
• Avid learner.

Headquarters in Redwood City, CA (San Francisco Bay Area), or Denver, CO required (Redwood City strongly preferred). We have a hybrid office setup.

Base Pay - $90,000 - $115,000

The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our team. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus, a long-term incentive plan aligned with our ownership mindset, and a market-leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
