We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for our growing business. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision‑making by providing actionable financial insights, building robust models, and partnering closely with business leaders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment and has a strong understanding of AI services and inference economics.

• Lead end‑to‑end FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Deliver financial insights to guide growth initiatives, investments, and business strategy.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to analyze performance, trends, and key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision‑making, particularly in AI services and inference.
• Prepare executive‑ready reporting, variance analysis, and presentations for leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Knowledge of AI services, inference economics, or cloud‑based business models.
• Experience partnering with technology or product teams in a fast‑growth environment.

$125,000 - $150,000 USD + Benefits

This opportunity is a full‑time, on‑site role with Gruve, based at our Redwood City, California office.
