About the OpportunityOur client, a leader in the Plant-Based Food Industry, is looking for a skilled Associate Creative Director to join their team for a 5+ month engagement. This project involves driving creative ideation and execution across experiential, social, digital, and customer marketing channels to translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems, campaigns, and assets. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Responsibilities& Deliverables
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead creative ideation and execution across experiential activations, social media (organic and paid), digital media, and customer marketing.
- Translate strategy into compelling visual systems, campaigns, and assets, while being deeply hands-on in designing, directing, refining, and producing work yourself.
- Create and oversee visual storytelling across multiple formats and channels, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and production teams, and support/direct external partners (freelancers, vendors) as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and contribute to global campaigns and international creative deliverables.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction, design, or art direction roles.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong design background. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment to meet project goals.
- Experience with project management best practices and proven experience delivering creative across experiential, social, digital, and customer marketing channels.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team and articulate ideas and rationale with confidence.
