RESPONSIBILITIES

You will spend your first year on the Research team, building a foundation in executive compensation, corporate governance, and data management; technical skills such as Excel and SQL; and professional skills such as communication and career management. Your primary responsibility during this time is to build industry knowledge and collect executive compensation and corporate governance data. This involves reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing data from SEC filings.

The insights you gain may also contribute to content reports, blogs, and data-driven projects to ensure the accuracy and quality of our database. We track executive compensation, board of directors compensation, equity, management, financial, and governance data.

No matter what track you're on or where you end up, all employees are expected to build strong industry knowledge, stay informed about current trends, and further develop their data management skills. After the first year, you further define and build your career via our Rotation Program and specialized training programs designed for each track.

WHO YOU ARE

Analytical. You are passionate about data, numbers, and information. You are detail-oriented and love immersing yourself in Excel and dealing with real-world problems from a data-driven perspective. Prior exposure to SEC filings is a plus.

Team player. You are friendly, helpful, and open. You enjoy working with others and being a part of a collaborative environment.

Driven. You are gritty, career-minded, and willing to go the extra mile. You like to stay on top of current business trends. You care about your professional development and want to grow within the organization.

Humble. You recognize that you have a lot to learn and value learning from the ground up. You are willing to put in time and effort and are open to coaching and feedback.

Education, Quality, Unity, Innovation, Leadership, Accountability, Results. These are the values we seek in everyone we hire.
