Business Development Representative (Territory: California, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Illinois)The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a high‑growth, full‑time sales role that partners closely with the sales and marketing teams. The BDR identifies, engages, and qualifies qualified businesses, driving them into Vantaca’s sales funnel.

Experience:
Regularly speaks with customers to understand needs and enhances Vantaca processes. - Innovate Boldly: Challenges the status quo, pushes boundaries, and acts with urgency and purpose.
- Research and prospect qualified businesses nationwide using social media, email, and Vantaca’s database.
- Set discovery meetings for assigned Account Executives.
- Travel with or without the AE to host conferences and engage prospects.
- Contact prospects via phone, email, social media, and other outreach methods.
- Assess lead interest, fit the target profile, and validate budget/authority.
- Schedule online meetings for qualified leads with AE in assigned territories.
- Engage in lead nurturing for leads not ready to purchase, maintaining regular contact to build relationships.
- Manage and update the CRM with accurate, up‑to‑date lead and interaction data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Experience with cold calling preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Previous customer support experience.
- 30% travel required.
