About the RoleWe are a fast-growing tech startup with a dynamic team, and we’re looking for a highly organized and versatile Office Manager/Executive Assistant to help us create a productive, supportive, and efficient work environment. This hybrid role combines office management and human resources responsibilities, and you'll be integral in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Office Management- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate office maintenance, ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Manage the office calendar for meetings, events, and team activities.
- Handle office-related communication, including email, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Own complex scheduling, coordinate travel logistics, and manage time-sensitive engagements for founders and executives.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling correspondence, meeting notes, and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist with onboarding, vendor coordination, light HR/admin tasks, and prep for board/investor meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and anticipate executive needs proactively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring employees feel supported and informed.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, immigration paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Help foster a positive work environment by planning team-building activities, office events, and employee engagement programs.
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, HR Manager, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to a fast-changing work environment.
- A proactive, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
