What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, well‑organized environment for employees and visitors.
  • Manage mail handling and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and accurate tracking.
  • Maintain office supplies, snacks, and facilities, keeping the space clean, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Provide on‑site support during interview weeks, including candidate check‑ins, escorting, and room coordination.
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor check‑ins, building access, and serving as the first point of contact in the office.
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and adjustments in partnership with the recruiting team.
  • Partner with People Operations to help improve processes as we expand or move into larger space.
What We’re Looking For
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with the ability to work onsite in Redwood City five days per week.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and enjoys building a positive in‑office experience.
  • Comfort with technology and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and scheduling platforms.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic, startup environment.
