Regional Operational Support Manager – Dash Express What You’ll Be Doing
- ✔️ Providing on-site managerial cover across multiple depots to ensure continuity and operational stability
- ✔️ Leading operational teams to achieve service level KPIs
- ✔️ Overseeing daily planning and scheduling of deliveries, collections, and trunking routes
- ✔️ Ensuring compliance with health & safety, driver hours regulations, and company policies
- ✔️ Managing fleet utilisation, vehicle checks, maintenance schedules, and staffing resources
- 🔹 Proven experience in operations management within logistics, transport, or distribution
- 🔹 Experience managing multi-site or complex operational environments
- 🔹 Strong leadership and organisational capability
- 🔹 Knowledge of transport compliance, driver regulations, and health & safety standards
- 🔹 Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset
