Duties:

Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming to industry standards
Mix and apply paint with high precision, ensuring a flawless finish
Carry out all work in accordance with safety and quality standards
Conduct final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction before vehicles are returned
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair centre or body shop
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or IMI in Vehicle Refinishing are advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licence preferred
