A leading staffing company is seeking Production Operatives in Redruth, offering £12.21 per hour with fixed shifts from 6am to 4pm or 4pm to 2am. Responsibilities include lifting boxes, moving stock, and processing seafood. Ideal candidates should be physically fit and available for overtime. A temp-to-perm opportunity is available after 12 weeks. Own transport is essential. Training is provided for those without experience.
